Returns and cancellations

Every piece is one of one, so we measure it, grade it and photograph the marks. If it still isn't right for you, you can send it back.

14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day the piece arrives, without giving a reason. That's your right when you buy at a distance in Ireland and the EU.

How to send a piece back

  1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery: message us on WhatsApp +353 83 067 4984 or Instagram @huruhouse with the piece's frame number (for example HH-0042) or a photo of it. We'll reply with the return address.
  2. Send it back within 14 days of telling us, in the same condition it arrived: unworn, unwashed, with any tags it came with.
  3. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Return postage is yours to pay, unless the piece is faulty or not as described.

Your refund

We refund the price you paid and the original standard shipping (EUR 10 in Ireland, EUR 20 international) within 14 days of getting the piece back, or of seeing proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first. The refund goes back the way you paid.

If a piece comes back worn, washed, altered or damaged beyond trying it on, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Faulty or not as described

Vintage pieces show their age. Wear and marks that the listing describes or the photos show aren't faults. If something wasn't described or shown, message us with photos and we'll refund you in full, return postage included. A one-of-one can't be swapped for a replacement.

None of this affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Offers and holds

Pieces bought through an accepted offer, or after a hold, have exactly the same rights.
